Gil and Christine Moore. Our works have all been hand-crafted by us in our home here in Northern Ontario. All the granite used in our products is found in the Canadian Shield regions of Ontario, including Muskoka, Parry Sound and Algonquin. We then cut the granite with a diamond saw to various sizes and hand polish with up to 14 different diamond grits to achieve the final natural polish.

Pat Orton. Pat the Wood Carver creates one of a kind wooden animal sculptures of all sizes. He has a natural talent to release the spirit of the animal he sees in each piece of wood. He raised farm animals, respectfully hunted, trapped and fished; Pat honours these animal spirits as models for his work.

Daniel Gallant. Daniel transforms driftwood that he collects while exploring Muskoka’s beautiful lakes and rivers into decorative sailboat sculptures. Masts are made of sticks cut and carved by beavers. Each vessel is a Muskoka original, and is painted and sealed to enhance its natural beauty.
Tom Conaty, a master carpenter and cabinet maker, uses his expertise and experience working with wood to create unique pieces of art. While decorative, these pieces are also functional. Although some exotic species of wood are used, most has been sourced locally. Every piece is exquisitely turned to reveal the inner beauty of the wood.

MaryKay Melnyk. MyStudioMuskoka is located at our home in Bracebridge, on the shores of Lake Muskoka. MaryKay and Joe Melnyk hand craft custom Greeting Cards and Legacy Scrapbook Albums, available throughout Muskoka and beyond. MaryKay has been “paper crafting” and teaching paper crafting for over 30 years.
Candice Sheriff. Sprouted from the sawdust of our original seed (Live Edge Forest)- MANTUS completes the circle- enabling us to make use of the entire tree, virtually waste free! From fallen tree, to table, to meditation cushion, to custom essential oil holders, mala beads and beyond! We are proud to be expanding our offering of goods from the woods into a yoga line that makes use of our wood shavings and cutoffs in new and innovative ways. We also hand make collapsible weighted hula hoops and offer community as well as private hula hooping fitness and yoga classes throughout Muskoka.
